This animation (<1 minute) demonstrates exporting a datafile using Katmandoo2.2
This animation (<1 minute) demonstrates loading of a datafile in KollecTrait.
This animation (<3 minutes) demonstrates scoring of single trait (Plant Height Score) in serpentine
sequence.
Have you noticed following?
- You can quickly Deactivate All the traits and the activate the
trait that you would like to score.
- Once the activated trait is scored, KollecTrait moves to next trial unit (observe
the Unit Position Text ie Block1|Column61|Row2, then Block1|Column61|Row3,
then Block1|Column61|Row4).
This animation (<3 minutes) demonstrates scoring of multiple traits (Plant Height Score, DTF (days to flower) and Maturity
Score) in serpentine sequence.
Have you noticed following?
- Traits are scored in the order they are activated.
- Plant Height score has Value Range=0..9 which means KollecTrait
displays 10 trait value buttons
for each value.
- DTF (days to flower) does not have any Value Range and its unit is days
so that Kollect can use calendar to calculate days.
- Maturity Score has Value Range=Early,Mid,Late,Very Late which
means KollecTrait displays 4 trait value
buttons for each value.
- Once all the activated traits are scored, KollecTrait moves to next trial unit
(observe the Unit Position Text ie Block1|Column61|Row11 in this
snapshot).
This animation (<1 minute) demonstrates exporting recorded trait scores into KollecTrait
output file (in CSV format) that
can be used by Katmandoo to import raw data.
This animation (<2 minutes) demonstrates importing raw data into Katmandoo using KollecTrait
output (CSV) file.
