Add Single Contact

For details on what defines a "Contact" please see the refence section.  Contact
Contact can be add in Bulk , see Bulk Import Contacts

To add a contact, a location may be add for that contact.
If the location is unknown then "unknown" location can be selected in the database.
 To add locations see : Add Single Location or Bulk Import Locations

Open the main Contact screen

Task => Contact => Manage Contact

This can also be opened by just clicking on the  the short cut to the "Contact Navigator" on the LHS of the screen  (See using the Navigators)

• This opens up the Contact Navigator.

To see all the locations Enter " * " in search field.

 And click on the  button or press the "Enter" key

Select all locations

 

This will display all Contacts from all locations that are currently in the database. Currently there is no data so only "unknown" is displayed

And click on  "unknown" 

This will open the full dispay screen

• To add single contact

Click on  

This will open the Contact Setup Wizard

The "*" after the field name denote that the field is required.

Complete the Text in required Fields

 

 

 Click on   

Note; Both Organisation and Location can be updated once the Organization and Location data has been added
