This can also be opened by just clicking on the
Navigators the
short cut to the ?Site Navigator? on the LHS of the screen

To see all the sites Enter ?*? in
search field.

or press the ?Enter? key
Click on "ALL LOCATIONS" this will open up the Site location Node
Click on the
Button, this will open the Import
Site Wizard
The Location and the post codes for these sites has allready been added see ImportLocations the spread sheet has the site allready setup with the corresponding Locations.
Click on
and select spread sheet to load the
Site information from, use "DemoTrial.xls"
This will map the SiteYear, Site Name and Location Post Code. As this spread sheet has all the data for this Trial the SiteYear, Site Name and Location Post Code are repeated for each plot in the trial, the check box for repeated data data has to be checked.
By default the checkbox for "Allow all the Sites to be used in ALL the subsystems" is checked.
The Generate new acronym suffix is checked by default, click site acronym suffix to see more detail.
Click on
to Preview the Site year data
Click on
Click on "Close" to close the Import SiteWizard
The main screen now show the Site and years
