- Task > System > Manage Virtual Column
and Alias
This will open the "Manage Virtual Column and its Validation Rule and
Alias" screen.
Click on
This will open the Import Virtual Column Wizard
click on select a source file and go to
..\DataEntry\DemoDataEntry "location New Virtual Columns to
add.xls"

Comfirmation
Click on "Yes"
Click on "OK"
- Now import the Validation rules, these are in the same
spreadsheet.
