Task > Trial > Manage Trial Type
This will open the Manage Trial Type main Screen
Select the 
button to add this will
open up the Enter/Edit Trial Information Screen
Note: The Trial Acronym Prefix will auto fill when you vlick on the field.
Use "UNKNOWN" The current trial manager name must exist in the Contact table. If the trial manager information is not available, then Unknown Contact should be used.
Click on "Save and Exit"
