This will Start the Trial Navigator that is used to manage Trial, Trial operation and Trial unit design as well as Trail raw data.

The trial navigator allows user to quickly find the trial, trial operation, trial design and raw data information. The navigator has two options to generate the nodes:
When a sub system is first set up the will be no "Site x Site Year" based Node or "Site Year x Trial Type" based Node set up. A Site must be set up originallySelect which node to use
