Export Genotype

Use [ Record > Export > Export Genotype ] in the Genotype Main Form to run Export Genotype Wizard that can be used to export:

• Information of the selected Genotypes
• Export Raw Data of the selected Genotypes
• Export Genotype AOV Mean of the selected Genotypes

This option exports information (genotype name, selection history, pedigree, alias as well as genotype trait) of the selected genotypes.

Illustrative snapshot:

2. [ Available... ] list that displays the genotypes (in format: Genotype | Genus | Selection History) that can be added into the [ Included... ] genotype list (in format: Genotype | Genus | Selection History). 
3. Information of the genotypes listed in the [ Included... ] list only are retrieved from database.
4. Click it to display Search Genotype.
5. Number of generation to export ancestors of the selected genotypes.
6. Number of generation to expand Pedigree in Purdy Naming format. Enter 0 (zero) if you do not want to generate Pedigree.
   • If this value is set to > 0 (zero) and the genotype has Pedigree textvalue in the database, the generate pedigree using genotype's ancestors will overwrite existing Pedigree textvalue (just for this export wizard only ie it does not alter data in database).
   • If this value is set to 0 then Pedigree textvalue of the genotype from the database will be exported.
7. Tick it if you would like to expand Pedigree to include all the Female Parents. It is enabled only when "Generation to expand Purdy string" (6) has value greater than 0 (zero).

Then click on [ Next ].

If the selected genotypes have at least one genotype trait, then the second page is displayed, in which Traits can be selected (optional) to export data.

But if none of the selected genotype have any Genotype Trait, then [ Export Wizard ] is activated.

This option exports Raw Data with trial design and trial information of the selected genotypes.

4. Click it to display Search Genotype.
5. Enter Start Year and End Year to search Raw data.
6. Tick it to exclude Sample Type from the exported data.

Then click on [ Next ] to move to the second page to select Traits to export their raw data.

This option exports Genotype AOV Mean with Trial AOV Summary of the selected genotypes.

Then click on [ Next ] to move to the second page to select Traits to export their Genotype AOV Mean.

   • By default all the traits that have data are included in the [ Included... ] list but they can be removed from the [ Included... ] list to add in the [ Available... ] list
2. Trait names that have data for the selected genotypes (in previous page) and are selected to export data of the selected genotypes.
3. Click it to start Export Wizard to export data of the selected Genotypes.
