Trial Operation

Overview

This part stores information that was gathered on overall trial ie the unit position (such as Column/Row) are not applicable or not relavant. For example: Measuring Dry Matter measurement randomly within a trial.

Detail

Operation Type

Identifies operation type done in the overall trial.

Trial Operation Number

Number (count) of Trial Operation done on a trial of an operation type. 

Operator

Operator is the person or responsible unit (ie Contact) who is responsible for managing the trial operation.

While importing trial, if the source file does not have Operator Name column or has empty (null) value for the Trial Manager Name column, then Unknown Contact is used for the operator.

Table Structure

Column Name Description
TrialOpsId Identification Number that uniquely identifies a Trial Operation.
Trial Id (AK1) Id that identifies the trial for which the operation is done.
OperationTypeId (AK1) Id that identifies the operation type that was done in the trial
TrialOpsNumber (AK1) TrialOperationNo ideantifies a trial operation done more than one time on a day in a trial.
OperatorId Id referencing to a Contact who is responsible for the Trial Operation.

Trial Operation Menu (in Trial Main Form)

Trial Operation menu can be accessed from either [ Record ] menu of the Trial Main Form or from the tool bar of the Trial Main Form.
